SinSince 1 January 2021, a new calculation of the seizure-exempt threshold applies. With a new calculation tool you can make the calculation of your seizure-exempt threshold yourself. You will need the model-notification that you have received from the attaching party.
The new calculation of the seizure-exempt rate uses an automated calculation module that calculates the seizure-exempt rate on the basis of data from the UWV Polisadministration, the Personal Records Database (Basisregistratie Personen BRP) and the Tax Authorities. If necessary, additional and deviating data can be entered manually into the calculation module by the bailiff.
It is possible that the information on the model notification no longer corresponds to your current living situation. If the data used is not (or no longer) correct, you have the right to have it adjusted.

Reporting changes in living situation
If you think that we have not calculated your seizure-exempt threshold correctly, you can always contact us with questions or changes. Below you can see in which situations this may be the case. Please note that the information about your living situation must be correctly registered with the municipality. If your living situation, for example the number of children living at home, differs from that in our calculation, you must first have this adjusted by the municipality and then notify us.
