If you do not pay your claim, we may seize your income. The law says we cannot confiscate everything. You can keep part of your income to pay your fixed costs. This is called the seizure-exempt threshold.
The moment the bailiff notifies you that an attachment has been made, you will receive a form on which you can see how we have calculated the seizure-exempt rate.
