If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your case, we are sincerely sorry. We hope you can resolve it with the employee handling your file. You can contact our staff or send them an email explaining what you are not satisfied with.

To file a complaint

If it is not possible to find a good solution together, you can submit a complaint to us. A formally submitted complaint is processed by our quality manager.

What can you make a complaint about?

You can file a complaint if, for example, you believe that an employee has not been decent or that you have not been treated correctly. You can also file a complaint if you have not received correct information, you have had to wait a long time for information or perhaps have not received any information at all.

How do you file a complaint?

A complaint must always be submitted in writing. It is important to always state your own details (name, address, telephone number) in the letter or e-mail, together with the file number. In addition, the date on which you submit the complaint must be clearly stated, with a clear description of the complaint. If you would like the bailiff to discuss the complaint with you, you can ask us to contact you by telephone.

If you have described everything correctly, you can send the complaint to:

Groot en Evers B.V.

You can also submit a complaint using the complaint form below.

After receipt of your complaint you will receive a confirmation of receipt from us. We try to complete the handling of your complaint within 14 days.

Disciplinary law

If you feel that we have not resolved your complaint properly, you can submit a complaint to the Chamber of Bailiffs (Kamer voor Gerechtsdeurwaarders) in Amsterdam. There are costs associated with this. You can read how submitting a complaint to the Chamber of Bailiffs works on the website for Jurisdiction (de Rechtspraak).
